Bentall 5 is professionally managed by a dedicated Tenant Services
department. In 1999, this team won the national BOMA Pinnacle Award
for outstanding customer service.
Bentall 5 tenants have access to a 24/7 Service Centre. Exclusive to Bentall, tenants can make service requests by phone or through the Internet at www.clikfix.com.

Bentall 5 has a common area tenant conference room, available free of charge to all tenants within the building.
Tenant First Aid Room
Bentall 5 has a common area first aid room to assist tenants in meeting Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) requirements.

two levels of the underground parkade.
 Tenant Shower Facilities
Secured men's and women's shower and changing room facilities are located on the first level of the underground parkade adjacent to the secured bicycle storage lockers.

Shipping
and Receiving Facilities
The Bentall 5 shipping and receiving area is accessible
from the lane connecting Hornby Street to Burrard Street.
It includes six truck loading bays, a shipping and receiving
office, a recycling area and a waste compactor. The shipping
and receiving facilities are located in close proximity
to the dedicated freight elevator.

A number of courier accessible parking stalls are located
in the underground parkade.
