Passenger Elevators
Bentall 5 has six passenger elevators for the low-rise and five passenger elevators for the high-rise. Two additional passenger elevators provide service from the first five levels of the underground parkade to the main floor lobby.

Two public elevators provide service to all seven levels of the underground parkade from the covered ground level pedestrian arcade linking Bentall 5 to the adjacent YWCA. A third public elevator provides service from the public plaza, at Dunsmuir Street, immediately adjacent to the building.

Freight Elevator
One dedicated freight elevator provides service from the first four levels of the underground parkade to all floors of the building, including the shipping and receiving area connected to the main floor lobby.
