The security of all tenants, visitors and property in Bentall 5 is paramount.

Card Access
The perimeter doors on the main floor of the building and all floors of the underground parkade are equipped with either door contacts or card readers and maglocks. All tenants require a security card to obtain after hours access to the main lobby of the building and the elevators servicing the floor(s) upon which the tenant's premises are located.

Security Desk
A security desk is located in the main floor lobby of the building. It is manned 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Random Security Patrols
Security personnel patrol the building on a random basis 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Video Camera Surveillance
Closed circuit video surveillance cameras located within the building are monitored 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Underground Parkade
The underground parkade is monitored by mounted bicycle security patrols during regular business hours. An after-hours security escort service is available to tenants upon request. All floors of the underground parkade are equipped with emergency telephones to provide immediate access to security personnel.
