At Bentall 5, you'll never have to travel more than a couple of blocks to get everything you need.
Main Floor Retail
Seattle's Best Coffee has a 4,000 square foot restaurant/cafe immediately adjacent to the main floor lobby and fronting Burrard Street. Besides its well known coffee, Seattle's Best also provides a full breakfast and lunch menu.
International News has a newspaper, magazine and confectionary store beside Seattle's Best and fronting Burrard Street.
A walk-in medical clinic and wellness centre is immediately adjacent to the other side of the main floor lobby and fronting the public plaza.
Tenant Conference Room
The common area tenant conference room is located beside the walk-in medical clinic and fronting the covered pedestrian arcade. During Phase II construction, the Conference Room will be located elsewhere in the office tower. Upon completion of Phase II, the Conference Room will return to its original location.
Fitness Facilities Bentall 5 is adjacent to the new co-ed, four-storey, 52,000 square foot YWCA recreation and swimming pool facility, which was completed by Bentall Development Services in January 1995. The entrance to the YWCA is accessible from the main lobby of Bentall 5 through a covered pedestrian arcade.
The recently renovated 20,000 square foot Bentall Centre Athletic Club, with squash, racquetball and fitness facilities, is located directly across the street in the existing Bentall Centre, under Tower 4.
Lockers/Showers/Bike Storage
Secured men's and women's shower and changing room facilities are located on the first level of the underground parkade adjacent to the secured bicycle storage lockers.
Other Restaurants and Food/Coffee Services
Upon completion of Phase II, a 6,000 square foot restaurant pavilion will be constructed on the east side of the public plaza adjacent to the building. The restaurant pavilion will include both indoor and outdoor seating. There will be a covered entrance from the main floor lobby of the building to the restaurant pavilion. Elevators located at the south end of the pavillion will grant direct access to the parkade below.
In
addition, there is a 5,000 square foot full-service restaurant,
the Rex Grill, three food courts and a number of other food/coffee
service areas directly across the street in the existing Bentall
Centre. Many other restaurants and food/coffee services are located
within a short walking distance from Bentall 5.
Other Shopping and Retail Services
Directly across the street, the existing 50,000 square foot Bentall Centre underground concourse has a number of convenient
retail services including a doctor, dentist, chiropractor, full-service
post office, pharmacy, dry cleaner, office supply store, florist
and travel agent.
