Vertically phased construction - it happens more often than you think!

Prior to finalizing the vertical phasing concept for Bentall 5, we studied a number of vertically phased office buildings around the world. We have done our homework. We found examples in Asia, Australia, the U.S.A. and Canada. Many examples are located in Seattle, Washington. In fact, we constructed a building through vertical phasing in Bellevue Washington in 2004/2005.
