[February, 2006] - Phase II will be constructed starting at the 24th floor through the 34th floor of the building, for a total of 238,000 rentable square feet. Each floor will have incredible vistas of the mountains, English Bay and Mount Baker.

Coffee and International News Opening in Bentall 5
[February 24, 2003] - We
are pleased to announce that Seattle's Best Coffee is opening today
in Bentall 5. Located immediately adjacent to the main lobby and
fronting Burrard Street, Seattle's Best will operate a restaurant/cafe in
3,500 square feet of space with approximately 80 seats.
Seattle's Best will not only offer its well known coffee, but also provide
a full breakfast and lunch menu. We
are also pleased to announce that we have finalized a lease with
International News for the retail space immediately adjacent to Seattle's
Best and fronting Burrard Street. International News will offer
newspapers, magazines and other confectionary items, and will be
open in April.

Capital confirms that it has signed three more tenants, totalling more
than 40,000 square feet, for its Bentall 5 office tower currently under
construction in downtown Vancouver. Yorkton
Securities Inc. has leased 30,000 square feet on the entire 4th
floor and the majority of the 5th floor, Factory Mutual
Insurance Company has leased 8,000 square feet on the 10th
floor and Seattle’s Best Coffee has leased 3,600 square feet on the main
floor for a retail coffee and restaurant service.

Teekay Shipping (Canada) Ltd. has leased 68,000 square feet on the
entire 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st
floors of the building for a term commencing February 1, 2003.

major tenants for its Bentall 5 office tower currently under
construction in downtown Vancouver. Marsh Canada Limited has leased 34,000
square feet and William M. Mercer Limited has leased 21,000 square feet
for a term of 10 years commencing April 1, 2003. Marsh is the world's
leading risk and insurance services firm, and Mercer is the world's
leading provider of human resource consulting services.
